Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaliki Jewellery. Please read the following terms of our shipping policy before you place your order:

  • All the orders placed will be shipped from us within 2-3 working days.
  • All the orders in India will be shipped through registered courier services only.
  • Kaliki Jewellery is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the order by the courier company/services and only promises to ship the consignment to the courier service within 2-3 working days from the date of order and payment.
  • If the order is not received within a week from the date of shipment, please write to us on support@kalikijewellery.com. We assure to follow up with the logistics partner and get the order delivered.
  • In case of order missing, we are not responsible if we are not notified within 7 working days from the shipment.]
  • The customers are expected to track their orders until delivery as Kaliki Jewellery does not track each and every shipment.
  • The logistics will do a minimum of two attempts to deliver the order. If the attempts are exceeded, the order will be returned to us. To avoid this, please check your address, mobile number, and pincode before placing an order with us.
  • If the product is damaged during transit, Kaliki Jewellery replaces the product under certain terms and conditions. For more information regarding this, check out our Refund Policy.
  • The customers are responsible for the shipping cost in case of return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
