Q. Can the order be cancelled after the payment is done?
A. No, there is no cancellation of orders once placed.
Q. Is there a guarantee for the products?
A. No, we do not provide any guarantee/warranty for the products. However, we assure you to provide premium quality products.
Q. What is the jewellery made of?
A. The jewellery base is made of copper/brass coated with imitation/matte gold finish along with some kemp stones.
Q. Will there be returns?
A. No, we do not provide replacement/exchange unless the product is damaged during transit.
Q. Is an opening/unboxing video must?
A. Yes, we request our customers to take video while opening the package without any cuts to provide us with valid proof in case if the product is damaged during transit.
Q. How many days will the delivery take?
A. The delivery is expected to take place within 6-8 days after shipping.
Q. Can I replace/exchange the product if I don't like it?
A. No, the products cannot be replaced/exchanged without any damage during the transit (unboxing video is a must). Stones/beads coming out is not considered as a damage as it can be stuck using glue.
Q. What if the package returns back to us due to customer unavailability?
A. If the package returns back to us due to customer unavailability (customer not present at the location or not reachable through mobile number), then the package will return back to us and the customer has to pay reshipping charges. Once we receive the package, then we will reship it (No refund will be provided).
Q. Will the package be delivered if I provide a wrong mobile number/ if the mobile number provided is not with me?
A. The delivery will not take place if you don't have the mobile number provided during placing the order as you get an OTP for the product to be delivered. In this case, the package will be returned back to us (No refund will be provided).
Q. What kind of payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept all kinds of debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI payments.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. No, but we sure do want to expand our area of expertise.
Q. Does the jewellery come with a back rope?
A. Yes, the jewellery come with a back rope.
Q. Will the products be exact as shown in the picture?
A. The products are photographed under good lighting and we try and show you the exact colors of the products. However, as these are handmade, there might be minute differences in the jewellery. No exchange/refund will be provided based on minute differences.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Once the item is shipped, the tracking details will be sent via SMS/email through which you can track your order.
Q. Can the jewellery be polished?
A. No, artificial jewellery cannot be polished.

Q. How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
